1. What the App Is

LingoCall AI is an AI-powered language-learning tool. You practice a language by having spoken and written conversations with fictional AI characters, with optional translation, correction and hint features. The App is intended for learning and entertainment and is not a substitute for professional instruction, certification or advice.

2. AI-Generated Content

• Automatically generated: Conversations, corrections, translations and hints are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or outdated information. Do not rely on them as authoritative.
• Fictional characters: All characters are fictional. Their personalities, opinions and statements do not represent the Company.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for what you say in conversations. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or content that violates a third party's rights.

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be old enough to consent to these Terms and to the processing described in our Privacy Policy in your jurisdiction. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local or international regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or exploit any part of the App or its underlying services.
• Use the App in a way that intentionally disrupts, overloads or abuses our infrastructure or that of our AI providers.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

LingoCall AI is offered through paid subscriptions (for example, a weekly or yearly plan).

• Transaction Processing: Payments and subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, utilizing RevenueCat as a backend service provider to validate purchase states. The Company does not collect or store your credit card or financial data.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off in your App Store / Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds & Store Terms: All purchases are final and non-refundable by the Company. Any refund requests, billing disputes or cancellations must be managed directly through the respective platform store (Apple or Google) and are subject to their policies.
• Managing your subscription: You can view, manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

5. Service Availability ("AS IS")

The App depends on third-party AI providers and platform services. You explicitly acknowledge that these providers may change their models, pricing, availability or behavior at any time without notice.

• Such changes may cause LingoCall AI to change, degrade or stop functioning temporarily or permanently.
• The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.
• The Company is not liable for any service interruptions, and such interruptions do not by themselves entitle you to a refund for an active subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content. The App is a learning aid and does not guarantee any particular learning outcome, fluency level or exam result.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
